RSP USA, Inc. collects mobile phone numbers, SMS consent preferences, and related consent records to operate its text messaging programs and manage communication preferences.

Depending on the consent provided, we use this information to send account notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support messages, sales follow-ups, product announcements, and promotional offers.

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing provisions described in this Privacy Policy, including Customer Match and advertising-audience sharing.

We may disclose information necessary to operate our SMS programs to service providers that assist with message delivery, customer support, and related operations. These providers may use that information only to provide services on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

These SMS-specific protections take precedence over any conflicting information-sharing provisions elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For example, RSP does disclose customer email addresses to Shopper Approved, a third-party, Google-approved review collector. Twenty days after your order, you'll receive an email from Shopper Approved on behalf of RSP requesting your feedback on our product and service. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other's rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Customer Match Policy

We share customer data with third parties to perform services on your behalf and obtain consent for such sharing where required by law or any applicable Google policies governing personalized ads and/or user consent, including Google's EU User Consent Policy.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who have at least a high school education and active real estate license.
